How do I make a purchase from Plant Dealer?
There are a couple options:
Do you ship plants?
PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING FLAT RATE IS $40+tax and includes heat packs and insulation when needed. Price is subject to change.
YES! We offer shipping in CANADA ONLY on most of our plants that are 4" and 6"! Plants are living things and shipping can cause stress which makes our shipping policy VERY strict. Plants received via shipping are sent under buyers risk and expense. We can not be held responsible for lost/damaged packages, weather changes or stress caused to the plants during shipping and shown after.
We pack well, ♻️ reuse where possible, have heat packs for cooler weather available and they must be purchased for the colder weather shipping. We will not ship under -5c or above 28C. Measures will be taken to ensure plants are shipped during appropriate weather for both buyer and seller.
We use Canada Post xpress shipping but sometimes that means two sleeps or longer depending on your location.
WE OFFER FLAT RATE SHIPPING, but conditions apply. Please read below!
For Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan it is $40+tax for up to 6 plants. Please note depending on your order size we may ship them bare root and not in pots, you will be notified.
For Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island it is $60+tax for up to 6 plants. Please note depending on your order size we may ship them bare root and not in pots, you will be notified.
Want to receive more than 6 plants? Send us a message or place two orders!
Any orders with over 6 plants will be invoiced with an adjusted shipping cost.
Shipping packing is reused where and when possible ♻️

Do you deliver?
We would always rather deliver than ship a plant!
We deliver within city Limits of Quesnel, BC every Monday for a $5 fee. Just select delivery at checkout and be sure to add delivery address and contact information at check-out! You will be contacted to arrange a time. We also sometimes are able to offer delivery out of town to Prince George, BC & Williams Lake, BC for a $10 fee if we are already planning a trip. This will be shared on the Facebook page.
What should I do when I get my new plants home?
Whether it's a plant from us or someone else, we always suggest isolating your plant for a week or two from your others to insure there are no pests. We also suggest waiting two weeks before repotting or making any drastic changes to your plant so it has time to adjust to it's new home!
In addition to what care advice you may have gotten from us, you should always spend time researching care for your new plant!
What is your Return and exchange policy?
We will always be here to help and offer you advice on your plants!
Once the plant/s have left our care we are not responsible for plants that have died due to improper planting or care.
We are very confident in our plant care and will not sell a sick plant unless stated otherwise (a rehab).

We do not offer any return, exchange, or refund on plants or goods however if you have any issues, please reach out as soon as your plants are received as this could be CASE specific.
